Tribute to Wil Verhoeven, 1958 - 2024

Wil was my teacher in Groningen (together with Amanda), and I was so very sad to hear this news. His teachings had a profound influence in my life, and I wish I still had a chance to let him know. I will never forget him reading a passage of Thoreau's Walden Pond during my graduation--truly kind and thoughtful. Rest in Peace, Wil, and I'm grateful for having known you. Wishing Amanda and family all the strength through this difficult time.
